MISCELLANEOUS PUBLIC PEACE
Section. 1. Wood County Ordinance 220.02(11) is created to read as follows:
Where allowed by law, to adopt statutory prohibitions verbatim by reference to allow the offenses to be prosecuted by the issuance of citations.
Wording of the State Statutes listed below are adopted by reference except for the penalty provisions.

It shall be unlawful for any person, not in official attendance, or on official business, to enter into, congregate, loiter, wander, stroll, stand, or play in any school building in any unincorporated areas of Wood County between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. official county time on official school days.
Sworn deputies of Wood County within the unincorporated areas of the county shall have the authority to issue citations for violations of this Chapter. The bond amount for such citations shall be $50 plus costs.
Any person or other entity violating any provision of this Chapter shall, upon conviction, be required to forfeit not less than $20 nor more than $250 plus all costs.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication, as required by law, and supersedes any ordinance in conflict herewith.
